Toxic Mold the truth behind the hype! Is this in your Community?

1. Do you have a problem with mold? If you do check the following places for it underneath the carpet, behind the dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, furnace/utility room and crawl space unit within your apartment/home where it is dark and moisture lies. Your health is worth more than someone telling you anything different. The crawlspace in this video is located within this apartment unit where I lived as a tenant. The apartment manager gave instructions to the maintenance to spray it with a fungal spray that is ineffective it does not rid the unit of the mold when the musty odor permeates through the HVAC. This would mean that this problem existed for quite sometime before the day I moved in. The different strains of mold that exist in the crawl space up above the bathroom and above the HVAC are; Alternaria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and Penicillum these are mycotoxins that are very unhealthy. I brought both of the tests from Lowe's. I followed the instructions and the results came back elevated the first time with three strains of mold. When the next air quality test was done there were five strains which revealed the above molds. It continues to grow throughout the apartment building because the following exist in this apartment/building as a whole alone: Leaks around the windows. Roofs in need of repair or faulty gutters. Poor ventilation in crawlspace and attics. Dripping pipes The community is located on the northeast side of Indianapolis in Castleton area. The name of the apartment community is 'Waterside at Castleton' It's not easy to just up and move but, I finally moved after having another test done by Pro-Lab... Pictures tell a thousand words. Go visit my slide show at: http://www.slide.com/r/eF7Bssp9xz9M6bsVA2IvmbM_DfK381en. It's not easy to just up and move but, I broke my lease because I did not need to be in an apartment home with that many mycotoxins that cause true illness.
