Snow squall kept emergency crews running Thursday (The Lock Haven Express)
LOCK HAVEN - Thursday morning's unexpected snow squall caused a number of accidents in a short space of time, and kept harried firefighters, EMTs, police and emergency crews running to accident scenes over a wide region, according to the Clinton County Department of Emergency Services.
